Through the contact form we collect: name, company, email address, country, type of project, service of interest, indicative budget (optional) and the description of the project you choose to share.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this section and a cookie notice will be updated before they are enabled.

3. Purpose

We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and, where you request it, to prepare a proposal for consulting services.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps necessary at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. Recipients and processors

Form messages are delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), acting as data processor. The site is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, cancellation or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the controller’s contact email. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with the date of the update.
